How we process personal data at Bio Sample Logistics — what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have (KVKK & GDPR).
This policy explains how we process personal data in connection with this website and our sample logistics services. It is written to satisfy Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles.
What we collect and why
- Contact and quote data (name, email, phone, company, route and sample details you type into our forms) — to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, and perform the service you request
- Communication records (emails, call notes) — to continue conversations you started
- Shipment-related personal data (donor identity for chain-of-custody collections) — only where the service legally requires it, shared only with the laboratory you designate
- Technical data (anonymized IP, device and browser type) — for security and, with your consent, aggregated traffic analytics
- Retention — inquiry data up to 24 months; shipment and custody records for the legally required archiving period; analytics data max. 14 months
- Your rights — access, rectification, erasure (subject to legal archiving duties), restriction, portability, and objection; contact us and we respond within 30 days
We never sell data, never collect patient medical data through website forms, and never share your information beyond the parties a shipment legally requires.
