A sample that leaves its temperature window may arrive unusable — the analysis fails, the study repeats, the deadline slips. We treat temperature as the primary constraint of every route: the lane, the packaging, and the coolant are chosen together, never separately.
The five lanes we operate
- Ambient / CRT (15–25 °C) for temperature-tolerant material
- Chilled 2–8 °C with conditioned gel packs and qualified shippers
- Frozen −20 °C with frozen gel packs or dry ice supplement
- Deep-frozen −80 °C on dry ice (UN 1845), with sublimation budgeted for the full transit time
- Cryogenic ≤ −150 °C in dry-vapor liquid nitrogen shippers, preconditioned and monitored
