- What can you ship? — Human, animal, and food-origin samples: blood, saliva, swabs, DNA/RNA, tissue, cells, urine, food test portions, veterinary specimens — as Category B (UN 3373), Category A (UN 2814/2900), dry ice (UN 1845), or exempt material.
- How long does it take? — Express lanes typically 2–5 business days door-to-door once permits are in place; permit lead times vary by country and material, and we quote them realistically in the offer.
- Do you handle permits and customs? — Yes: export procedures from Türkiye, destination import requirements, ethics documentation, MTA coordination, and customs declarations are part of our scope.
- Can individuals use your service? — Yes. One-off personal submissions are guided end to end, in plain language.
- What does it cost? — Pricing is quote-based: route, classification, temperature lane, quantity, and service level determine it. No hidden line items; the quote is the price.
- How do we start? — Send the quote request form with route, sample, temperature, and dates. You will have a plan and a price within one business day.
